Return policy
If your product arrives damaged, defective, in the wrong size, with print in the wrong area, or is the wrong product, please reach out to us at service_shop@hapigood.com. When you contact us, make sure to include your first name, last name, order number, necessary photo proof, and comments about the issue.
A free replacement or a refund request will be reviewed if the problem is reported to our support email service_shop@hapigood.com within 30 days of product delivery.
Kindly be aware that if you realize you need a different size after receiving your order, the items won't be eligible for return or refund. Moreover, any product(s) that have been resized, damaged, or altered in any way after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
If your items qualify for a replacement or refund, you will receive a confirmation email.
